It also maintains a major focus on civil works and infrastructure repair projects such as highway, bridge and wastewater treatment facilities rehabilitation. 

Dicon Inc. was incorporated in 1988 and has maintained a primary presence in both New York & New Jersey. Over the past twenty years, Dicon has performed General Contracting, Construction Management, Estimating and Engineering services for a diverse group of public and private clients. 

This diversity has lead to working with such agencies as The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, Metropolitan Transportation Authority – NYCT and Bridges & Tunnels, New York City Housing Authority, NYC Housing & Preservation Development, New York City DOT and New York State DOT.
